Mrs. Lina was really kind and helpful. Excellent welcome, a detail that we really appreciated: wine and two glasses for us. Well-kept house equipped with every comfort: dishes, tablecloths, bed linens, even beach towels!!! A terrace that we enjoyed until the last moment... even our cat had a great time!!! An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. A guest who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, also on foot. Porto Santo Stefano is 4 minutes away by car, Orbetello is 6 km away. A bit busy and noisy street, but the entrance is at the back.

Laura was a perfect hostess, always ready to answer all our questions and hosted us as if we were family. The apartment is spacious, very clean with all the comforts, and is in a very central but quiet location. Parking is nearby. Highly recommended!

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We found it a particularly pleasant apartment, clean, spacious and personal, with a nice atmosphere. We felt right at home there. The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Very nice and accommodating landlords. Smooth and fast communication and very flexible in terms of arrival and departure. Great location, only about 100 meters to the beach and a very quiet area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet vacation and rest. The old town is very lively and within walking distance. On the first day, the landlady even provided us with cold water and brought fresh croissants.

With a commanding view of the Med, very comfortable accommodations, beautifully isolated and above all, a basket of home grown tomatoes !! Would totally recommend to any one. Stevie

Alexander's lovely place is bright and cool. Spacious and functional spaces inside and convenient access to an outdoor space overlooking the sea beyond Via Panoramica. Perfect for a family vacation and as a base to explore the wonderful surroundings of the Argentario. We fell in love with Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, just a few minutes away by car (and a nice walk, challenging but fascinating) from the accommodation. Alexander and Ariel were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

Great place to stay! You can feel like an Italian :-) Italian neighbors, Italian food, Italian house. Lucia is a great host full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

We stayed at Laura’s place for a week, and it was a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything I needed to prepare meals, the huge terrace and the swimming pool. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby cafes, shops, and restaurants. Laura is a very nice host, responsive and thoughtful. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant place to stay.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

We had a very good time, very convenient and central location, wonderful view from the terrace, possibility to pay for parking at the same rate as residents, i.e. €2 per day. Ale was always very helpful and kind in everything we needed... highly recommended...

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's. The view is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed ourselves out on the terrace. Short distance to the beach and the city.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and quiet and very well equipped with everything you might need. Would definitely stay there again.

My friend and I were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us. We were allowed to use a variety of herbs and vegetables from the farm garden. We got fresh eggs and homemade olive oil. We were also allowed to taste the wine and bought a few bottles right away. The three farm dogs are sweet and we have taken them into our hearts. We were allowed to use the bikes and Edoardo showed us the way to the park. All in all, the Agriturismo is highly recommended and we had a very nice time. Thank you!
