Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car park. Highly recommended!!

Beatrice and Andrea were very kind, welcoming and helpful people. The space they provide for guests is really great: a veranda outside where you can enjoy a great aperitif and a tasteful indoor space to be experienced. In short, they make you feel at home. In addition, they are super helpful, giving advice on food, nightclubs, calas and villages to visit around the Oikia house. Giulia and I are very pleased to have chosen this place for our visit to the Argentario!

I stayed there for 4 days with my family, a well-kept and clean house, very close to the sea and the center of the village. We had a great time, a wonderful place. The lady was precise in her directions and available to us when we needed her. We spent 4 fantastic and quiet days. i recommend it to everyone.

I stayed in this small but very nice apartment (2 adults and a dog) and complete with every comfort with a superlative view of the sea and the village. It is located in a residential and quiet area but close to both the center and the sea by car. The walk from the house to the center of the village on foot is also very pleasant! Alessandro and Paola were very hospitable, delightful and precise in their directions! I hope to be back soon !!!

We had a great time! Andréa was very thoughtful and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and warm with everything you need to stay comfortably (portable stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc.). We were also able to enjoy the pool as well as a beautiful horseback ride alone with Andrea through the fields of Tuscany. We'll be happy to go back!

Accommodation very central and quiet location. Only 5 min walk to the beach and center. Accommodation not very large, but completely sufficient for 2 people. Apartment a little dark, as it is located in the basement. Everything very clean. Landlady Asia always responds to questions within a few minutes. We had a great time.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

The apartment is located in a complex with a total of 3-4 other apartments. Our apartment was spacious, rather simply equipped, but with everything you need. The complex is located outside in a rural location, but the nearest place and a shopping center can also be reached by bicycle. Beautiful overgrown and very well-maintained garden with swimming pool. Smooth communication with Othmane.
