lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

Perfect location with the most stunning views! Easy walk to restaurants, small grocery store, and yet peaceful. Hostess gave us great town locations to visit all within 15 min. Place was also very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Enrica was very friendly and welcoming, and even picked us and our heavy bags up from the ferry port. Everything was as expected and it was nice to be able to eat outside whilst looking down on the sea. It was even nicer that we were the only ones staying there so that there were no people staying in the other apartment and no other neighbours nearby. There was nothing that could have made our stay better than it actually was. Recommended.

We had a nice stay at Villa Emma. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the patio was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The apartment is close to a playground, shop, restaurants, and a quick drive to farms and surrounding towns. Deborah provided a crib for our baby and her restaurant had high chairs, which we really appreciated. The included breakfast at her lovely restaurant was delicious and convenient. She also left a welcome bottle of prosecco for us in the apartment. When we had car trouble, she quickly found a mechanic to look at our car. She was very responsive and helpful and made it a wonderful trip to Tuscany!

Nice little place to stay in a very nice neighborhood, very quiet location. Unfortunately, I only stopped for one night, but it is certainly worth staying longer.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and pause for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, ping pong. You can barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning, when you get up, you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of stores. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. We stayed with Susanna from April 23 to 27 and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and was helpful in giving us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with a sea view. Our little dogs were also able to run around freely in the garden because it was entirely fenced and safe. The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Eleonora was always available and even if we didn't meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes' walk you are in the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
