Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Il Granaio apartment La Scuderia 6 km from the sea

The holiday apartments of “Il Granaio” are located in the countryside of the Maremma Toscana about 6 km from the beach. They were built at the beginning of the 20th century as stables for the Quadruped Breeding Center and completely renovated and transformed into rustic apartments (Scuderia) in 1999, leaving the original architectural features intact. In 2003 the renovation was completed by completely rebuilding the barn and transforming it into comfortable two-room apartments (Fienile).

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

Delizioso e funzionale appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, con magnifica vista sull'arcipelago toscano, nel cuore del borgo medievale, a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale. Comodo per raggiungere le spiagge del Parco naturale costiero di Rimigliano, il Golfo di Baratti e gli scavi etruschi di Populonia, la strada del vino che giunge al Borgo di Bolgheri e le altre splendide bellezze della Val di Cornia.

Appartamento centrale, vicino alla spiaggia

Edificio di recente costruzione, zona centrale, ben rifinito e confortevole, parcheggio al coperto . Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie con bambini ed animali. Per chi è allergico agli acari sterilizzo le stanze con lampade UVC + Ozono, lo facevo già prima di Covid 19, ora a maggior ragione.

La nostra piccola ma accogliente casetta si trova immersa nel verde a due passi da porto e spiagge. Ideale per coppie che decidono di fuggire dal caos della città. Dispone di giardino vista mare dove poter accendere barbecue e godere di pace e tranquillità.
