Only downside: the location of the villa is not at all convenient if we are not transported, it is imperative to keep taxi numbers to call them when you want to get around because taxis do not pass.

Pleasant stay in this Villa. The rooms are spacious. Impeccable cleanliness. Cooking basics. Great barbecue. Easy to park. Functional washing machine. Large pleasant pool. The hosts are very available and handled the few concerns we encountered. I would highly recommend it. Nice tiled terrace. Beautiful beach is a 7-minute walk away. Downtown is an 8–10 minute drive. Cons: - we heard the neighbors in the rooms at night, especially in the small room upstairs and the one downstairs. if you have noisy neighbors, it's very annoying. - the sun is no longer on the pool from the middle of the afternoon (for us around 3:30 p.m.). It wasn't very hot so we swam but the water was quite cold. For children, this is not ideal. - sufficient but not exceptional internet connection. - there are few people facing each other but still not without the risk of being seen.

The house has a nice pool and terrace. Gmira was really responsive and helpful to arrange our stay.

Responsive and accommodating host

I wanted to thank Monia because her place is very nice! The exterior is very pretty and the apartment is very cute! Monia is a very responsive host if we have questions! Thank you! Just a small point is the lack of taxis in the area sometimes you can find them quickly and easily some times not but if not nothing to complain about! Would definitely stay again!

The villa is simply beautiful, a real cocoon ideal for relaxing in peace. The private pool is a real plus, perfect for relaxing in privacy. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We stayed in Dar Biya for 7 nights and had THE most wonderful time. It was such a beautiful house, with gorgeous antique decorations everywhere and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We spent lots of time in the pool (very clean and well maintained); we made use of the excellent Barbecue at sunset ( such a highlight!); we had breakfast at the lovely outdoor sitting area and lounge… lots of fantastic memories!! Also the kitchen was very well-equipped. And Boutheina was so kind and helpful! You do need your own transport preferably a car to get around and explore Djerba. We hired a scooter and it was amazing! Anyway, we highly recommend Dar Biya.

Beautiful villa perfectly located, extremely pleasant to live in with beautiful spaces, large suites and an exceptional terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to night. Pleasant pool with its pretty beach to relax or for young children. immediate proximity to the beach and minutes from all shops/activities

I really enjoyed staying at Tasnime''s house. It is in a very quiet area and within easy reach of cultural places to visit, including beaches, shops and restaurants. Tasnime''s sister Kaouthar was also very helpful and both responded quickly to my messages and were helpful in suggesting places to visit. Their mother Ferial was so hospitable and friendly even inviting me to lunch which was delicious. The cats - and tortoise - are sweet. I highly recommend the house to all travellers.

very nice apartment in a quiet alley in the middle of Houmt Souk. everything is nearby, very nice neighborhood and very welcoming and very responsive hosts (by message exchange and met with the owner) great stay for our family!

Bassem's accommodation is as described, it is comfortable and the house is beautiful. The place is quiet and ideal for resting. Bassem communicates well and is available if needed. If you want to visit Djerba you will need to rent a car to enjoy your stay.

We like Karim’s place very much, It is clean, spacious with free parking spaces and next Marina. Karim is a nicest young man, he always responds quickly with suggestions. We were able to have check in and late check out which are the best to match our schedule. Very highly recommended.

This accommodation allows us to easily and quickly access all the tourist sites of Djerba (taxis nearby). This accommodation is very functional and very well-equipped which allowed us to lack nothing during our stay. The host is very responsive and accommodating, the co-hosts (Yasmine and Salem) were very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation for discovering Djerba!
