Mountain cabin that sits on 2 1/2 acres of private woods. Very quiet and peaceful retreat with a beautiful view of mountain woods. Newly remodeled full kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, landline, WIFI . Enjoying the beautiful view on the deck area and out door fire pit. Road is not paved but well maintained. Close to Historical Gettysburg National Battlefield, hiking and fishing. I allow a pet under 30 lbs. with a fee of $ 20 per night. This must be paid at booking.

It is hard to get much closer, with less than a 2 minute drive to the battlefield and a 4 minute drive to historic downtown Gettysburg. Near Michaux State Forest, Pine Grove Furnace State Park and Caledonia State Park; many hiking, ATV and snow mobile trails. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg, 30 minutes to Carlisle. For those that enjoy skiing we are 30 minutes to Liberty Mountain in Fairfield and 50 minutes to Roundtop Mountain in Lewisberry.
