Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, plus Zustellbett für ein Kind. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Einzelbetten. In der Wohnküche befindet sich zudem eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen.
