I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. The covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and AL-fresco dining with another comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!

Ev sıfırdır. Hiç kullanılmamıştır. 24 saat sıcak su, Vrf ısıtma ve soğutma sistemi mevcuttur.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
