We will be happy to welcome you in our villa with all carefully prepared household items inside and outside made of stone in Gürece, Bodrum. Our villa is 15 minutes to the center of Bodrum. Turgutreise 5 minutes. 5 minutes to Ortakente. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Enjoy a stay inside the secluded walls of Villa Zeytin, home to a private pool and delightful garden. The covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and AL-fresco dining with another comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
