We had a great stay. We had all four rooms as we were traveling 2 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for us. Rooms were great and the same goes for the outdoor areas. City is very relaxed and beautiful. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was amazing. Local producers and amazing eggs and pancakes. Best thing was Aleksander him self. Super kind and generous. We tasted his different wines and liqueurs and he was always up for some interesting conversations on big and small. We would love to come back one day.

We rented this house for 10 days and had a wonderful family vacation! Koba is a very kind and sympathetic owner. He was available at any time and quickly resolved any issues. He made many useful recommendations about places to go for walks nearby. The house fully matches the photographs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and more. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, there was enough bed linen for us to change clothes, as well as towels. The location of the house is very good, 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a small store with all the necessary products within a 7-minute walk. The house has a comfortable area, equipped with hammocks, a summerhouse, comfortable chairs and a barbecue area! The small forest opposite creates an exceptional atmosphere! I would like to come back here again! Thank you so much, Koba!

Welcoming host, very responsive. Beautiful, very clean and well furnished chalet. We had difficulty finding the place, as the road on Google maps was only partially mapped out. But the host graciously came and guided us and offered to bring us again to the door if needed.

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!

We visited our friends in Tbilisi area for a week and stayed at Tea's villa for a week. Two families (4 adults and kids) and all had the best feedback about the house. The location is amazing, you are up in the mountains in such peaceful area and at the same time close to the city (20 minutes by car). We drove to the city and a couple of times used taxi. The weather was a little chilly for the pool, but the kids still loved it and spend lots of time there. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, if you decide to cook or grill too. The house and bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend it.

the host was very attentive. The house has a very good green and isolated yard. Hammocks,sun loungers with chairs and tables in the yard,as well as the bungalow makes the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. We are happy to stop by this house. I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

Thank to Paata for amazing experience, the house is huge and suits perfectly for 8 persons. The territory is beautiful, we enjoyed the walk, the view, also we were happy to use spa and bowling in Ambassadori. Highly recommend 🙂

Very nice place to accommodate our large party. The local restaurants food was excellent and fantastic wine.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, where the highlight was the amazing swimming pool that became our go-to spot for relaxation. The host was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, making the experience feel truly special. We highly recommend this Villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Thank you for the being a great host and hostess, and for being very flexible and accommodating to tenants needs. Super great communication, response, and resolution of any problem or need. Additionally, for us tenenats who don't have a car or don't want to drive in Tbilisi, the reasonable charges of $50 dollar + 50 GEL fuel for a whole day tour/day trips/restaurants/shopping, late pickups...etc in your 7-8 seater van (50% discount) and the great personality and attitude. A much better value for new visitors to Tbilisi than renting a car.

Excellent Host

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Great house! The size of the place was impressive and the back yard was wonderful for children to play. The location was great too! It felt private with easy access to nature as well as just a few meters from a bus stop.

We had an amazing week at Madlen's house. Especially the pool and outdoor area was lovely.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

We were a big group and we loved our stay! Everything was perfect and catered to! The staff and Nino's mom were incredible. Ato (their dog) is officially our favorite dog in Georgia now. The pool was always in a pristine condition and the temperature of the water was amazing. And they even had a suana! Last but not the least the breakfast served was epic. Would definitely visit again!

The cabin is very nice, there is a fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine. We stayed with friends for 13 people, fried barbecue, went to the sauna, bathed in the pool. Everything was fine. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and the house was cold to sleep at night. We chose to heat the pool (300 gel for an additional fee) instead of heating the house. We didn't know that the pool would be heated for extra money and that there would be either a warm house or a warm pool to choose from.
