Vacation rentals with a patio in Georgia

We completely loved our stay at Ann’s place. The apartment is large and full of light. The balcony and view are incredible. The location for us was perfect – close to the old city, but not in it. The apartment was beautifully clean. Ann was a wonderful host. She even helped organise a driver to and from the airport making our arrival and (very early in the morning) departure very easy. We feel really lucky to have found this apartment as our ‘home’ for 6 days in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

Great flat, with a perfect location. We stayed in Tbilisi only a few days, but were able to access all the attractions such as botanical garden, national museum, fine arts museum by foot! A restaurant visited by Anthony Bourdain is just across the street. Just an fyi if you plan to work from home, the wifi can be a little bit spotty. Otherwise would highly recommend David’s place for your Tbilisi getaway :)

Great place to stay, absolutely love it! But be careful with the 7th floor.

I really liked the place. Very clean, there is everything you need for your stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the subway, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

The apartment has a magnificent view from the rooftop, is stylish and cozy and has everything you need (including a working space, with a chair and monitor). We enjoyed our stay and Samuel is a great host, who responded quickly and proactively. Recommend and definitely would come again!

The room is very clean and tidy, just like the photos. Everything you need is there. Although I stayed only three nights, it’d be great to stay longer. The location is also great, it was good walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and touristy places too. The spa close by was also great. Definitely recommend to my friends who’ll visit Tbilisi!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything

It was not entirely what I expected but it was a very very pleasant experience. Lado was so nice and we had a lovely chat with him in the evening. If I am close to Batumi I will go back.

Nino's place was just gorgeous! It's near the beach, it's big, clean and cozy. Nino was super friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay❤️

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

A wonderful stay with Irine; we have been travelling for some time and to stay somewhere so quiet, which feels so much like your own home was a real highlight. We loved it and were very sad to leave after three nights. Irine gave us great instructions how to get there and we were able to check in early which was appreciated. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and shower has strong pressure. WiFi worked well and Netflix is available on the tv. Easy walk into town and all local attractions. The personal touches like her Mum putting our washing out of the rain, shows the level of care you get. Would love to stay again if ever in the area and highly recommend.

Mariam is a super host flexible informative and a fast responder, i advice anyone wants a pleasant stay to be a guest of Mariam, me myself am sure it will not be the last time 🤝💐

amazing place , you will have a vibe of very old place like museum or some old place but once you enter in to the property it's just like brand new ..... I personally who always stayed in concrete jungle , would personally recommend it .... you will have a nice vibe ....

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby. Thanks Maria and Rezi!

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

We enjoyed our stay at Gvantsa and it was mostly as advertised, despite the problem with the water pressure and temperature. Very good location and communication with host was great!

i loved Mariam’s place! Place has super light in the day time. Peaceful local apartment with Italian yard, nice neighborhood. Totally would stay again! ❤️
