Vacation rentals with breakfast in Georgia

We spent an excellent week there! The house is very big and beautiful. The hosts are very very nice. It's very close to the castle, which is very interesting.

We had 4 wonderful days in Davids house! The house is situated in the center of Oni, wich is a bigger village at the beginning of the high mountains. The atmosphere here is quiet and friendly. The flat offers a lot of space and contains everything you need for living. We especially liked to sit on the big and sunny balcony. Last but not least we want to thank David for his generous hospitality. We really had a good time with you in Oni :) We will recomend your place to our friends and surely come back one day !

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was really nice and cozy. But without any doubt the thing that makes the difference between this and any other apartment is the hostess, is the most attentive and kind host I have ever met in airbnb, and her cooking is delicious, Georgian dinner and breakfast completely recommended.

Lika und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig und wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, vor allem, wenn wir uns auf der Terrasse getummelt haben. Wir haben alles bekommen, was wir noch brauchten, zum Beispiel Küchenutensilien. Auch den Ofen und die Waschmaschine der Familie konnten benutzen. Dies alles war sehr im ursprünglichen Airbnb-Spirit des Teilens von Privatraum und persönlichen Dingen. Danke dafür, besonders fürs Vertrauen! Vor allem die Küche und der Balkon, aber auch teilweise die Bäder waren nicht sauber. Schwamm drüber! Wir empfehlen diese spezielle Suite mit individuellen Charme an einem wundervollen Ort in einem spannenden Land sehr gerne weiter.

Marexi’s family is really nice and friendly. We had diner and breakfast there with all the other guest. The food was great! Typical Georgian dishes. It was a great experience, I fully recommend

Нана дуже гостинна, завжди була на звʼязку та готова була допомогти, її брат зустрів нас та порадив декілька закладів, куди можна сходити пообідати, квартира чиста та дуже затишна, в квартирі було все необхідне для тривалого перебування, поруч з квартирою є національний парк та озеро, також недалеко є пляж, ми залишились задоволені проживанням, також брат Нани відвіз нас на своєму авто на автовокзал та допоміг з валізами, дякую :)

The host was very kind and fairly responsive. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Nice bathroom, fairly good kitchen with all the basic equipment. The bed is very comfortable and stays dark with good curtains. Internet worked well. It is a bit far from the metro (15 min walk) but not too bad as there are many shops much closer. Overall a great host and a great stay!

квартира расположена в самом центре, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. сама квартира маленькая, туалет с ванной очень -очень маленький. пожить 2,3 дня очень даже подойдёт. за счёт своего распололжения цена за жильё адекватная. хозяйка очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая. спасибо

One of the best stays in Tbilisi! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It had all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable and well-equipped space. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful for a good night’s rest. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, beautiful, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was well-organized and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Without hesitation, nor hyperbole, I can say that Nazy's guesthouse is the best I have ever stayed at. After a fun taxi ride with a local Georgian hip-hop enthusiast, I arrived at Nazy's to a warm welcome and a peaceful, elegant atmosphere. The building itself, the communal spaces and facilities, and the dorm in which I stayed were all immaculate and beautiful. Nazy and her family have created something incredible here. 5 star hotels are certainly out of my price range and focus, but this guesthouse presents an experience worth far, far more than the price you pay to stay here. It is spacious and charming. Nazy's grace and hospitality are completely faultless - even cooking for me the wild mushrooms that I picked in the forest one day, and always ready with advice and information about the Pankisi valley and it's opportunities. I felt so, so valued as a guest in her home. I wish I had more space to say more! Above all - Good luck finishing the absolute banquets you will be served!

Nino war gut erreichbar, ihre Eltern haben uns persönlich empfangen. Ich war auf der Suche nach dem ehemaligen Haus meiner Oma. Ihr Vater hat einen Historiker der Stadt für mich kontaktiert, der mir die Geschichte der Deutschen Einwanderer zeigte in Bolnissi zeigte und erklärte. Die Unterkunft von Nino ist 200 Jahre alt, gebaut von Deutschen Einwanderern. Das Haus hat Risse und knirschende Böden, dafür auch viel bezeugter Geschichte. Empfehle das Haus sehr für geschichtlich interessierte Menschen.

Es war wunderbar. Wir können uns den Bewertungen der anderen nur anschließen. Ein sehr aufmerksames gastgeberpaar mit großen Ideen und sehr guter Umsetzung! Schöne Bungalows, leckeres Essen zum Abendessen, guter Wein mit schönen Etiketten!

Roy is a cool host who can give some really great life advices to lead a life as a great guy!!! has a cozy place with a cute hamster.... makes great coffee and i would recommend you as he was present there to help with anything you need during your stay at Roy's place. Well he is a great man!!

Breathtaking view of the nature from the comfort of bedroom. Amazing host Manana. Her house is almost new & very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very near to the center of Kazbegi. We loved that house & surroundings. Host Manana tried her best to make us comfortable on every aspects.

I loved my stay at Gvantsa and her family home ! It felt like I was part of a Georgian family for a few days. The house is beautiful and has a nice garden, the location is very useful if you want to visit David Gareji ! Bonus1 : Gvantsa helped me to book some train tickets (in an Armenian website) ; bonus2 : Gvantsa and her friend proposed to drive me to the desert, and I had the chance to visit a local winery (friend of Gvantsa) which wasn’t expected at all ! During my stay, the aunt cooked for us traditional food (and vegetarian as I asked for) and it was always delicious ! :)
