Loved the condo! Jennifer was so helpful and answered me anytime I emailed her. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a nice upscale place to vacation and feel at home.

Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

Paula’s place is certainly peaceful, but what she doesn’t say is that her home is lovely while being homey and comfortable! My son enjoyed being just next to the bike trail; and I enjoyed being one minute away from a sweet, sweet church during Holy Week! We hoping to return many times!

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!

I would fully recommend Michael and his place. I look forward to stay with him again.

We had a wonderful stay during our first family beach trip with our 7 month old. The beach was easy to access and the views were beautiful. The pool was clean and never crowded. Their was minimal noise from neighbors which made sleeping with an infant a lot easier. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay at Tarah’s place was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described. Tarah went above and beyond with providing advice on where to eat and what restaurants needed reservations. She also had plenty of amenities that enhanced our stay. Thank you Tarah for sharing your lovely place.

We had a wonderful winter beach stay at Gardenia with our family of 5. It was well stocked with toys and books for young children. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully including high-end linens. The outside staircase makes it difficult to use the downstairs king bedroom if you have young children but we made it work. It is across the street from the beach and creek boat ramp, which was extremely convenient. Lots of attention to small details made it feel like home! Anna was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again!

John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

Our small golf group ventured off the beaten path and picked this beautiful home for our stay in Pawley's Island and we had a blast. The place is great, easily accommodating us and the location right on the water & marsh areas was spectacular. Internet & cell phone service no problem, along with easy access to the great golf courses we played (Caledonia, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation). Our vacation was the best ever and staying at this beautiful home helped make it even better.

Brewsters place was perfect for our annual guys trip! Plenty of space, great accommodations, the ability to fish from the dock with the live oaks and Spanish moss….probably the best place we’ve stayed.

A quick get away for my son’s kindergarten graduation && it was a blast. Such a beautiful room and view. Everything in the pictures were accurate and the house was very clean. The host was extremely friendly and made last minute arrangements for my family and I to check in early! We will definitely be back and I will highly recommend this place to family and friends!

Hosts were amazing. The place was setup in very thoughtful ways. The view is AMAZING! I was pleased with how thorough the process was: we had great instructions for check-in, a binder was left with all info we needed, Cody was very quick to respond to questions and was so kind and helpful. Cannot say enough about how pleased we were by staying in this condo. I highly recommend. Reason for 4 stars regarding the resort experience: The resort had its quirks, but it had nothing to do with the room or our hosts. We dealt with being around a lot of smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) in the pool and beach areas. It was a holiday weekend and it was very busy, so that probably didn’t help the environment. Having three young children , this was disappointing, but we were thankful to have so many options for us to just go to another area (we LOVED the lazy river). People and staff were friendly. The neighbor to us was friendly and nice to connect with.

I could not love this place anymore! This condo had everything we needed and MORE. The entire place was extremely clean & exactly what we paid for. The resort was AWESOME. we had so much fun at Scotts place, loved the resort and all the amenities. The kids were either swimming in the ocean or one of the many pools the whole time. Meals and drinks at the quarter deck were great, everyone around was great, we will definitely be returning. Everything was just as described, clean well taken care of condo with comfortable beds. We had a great vacation! Patricia was great at answering all of our questions in a timely manner even when we got in very late on the first night. The only issue we had was parking on the very first night which was a Saturday and we were not familiar with the area. The rest of the week we were able to come and go as needed and not worry about parking. Even on Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, we were back in after dinner about 9pm and there were still a couple spots. Condo was as pictured and check in/out was very easy.

Great host so friendly answered the phone and helped with things when needed! Even texted to check in on us!! Such a beautiful condo! The beds and furniture were sooo comfortable felt right at home! Loved how beach equipment was available so we didn’t have to rent chairs on the beach! We had everything we needed plus more! Even had beach towels we could use!! Plus a beautiful view! We will be coming back every year to stay!

We loved our stay here! We immediately felt right at home and the location was peaceful and very family friendly. Being right on the beach was so convenient and we were also close to enough to drive to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again. This place made our first visit to South Carolina very special.
