Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Ready to unplug in a Victorian cottage on a working cattle farm? Turn back the clock for a true cowboy experience. Sip coffee on the back porch while overlooking the back 40 with cows grazing and calves frolicking. Cozy up and star gaze by the fire pit in the yard or have a cocoa by the fireplace while you relax on our 200 acre farm deep in the woods away from the hustle. This is your place. Walk down the holly trail and gather wildflowers, unplug! Chickens & goats range the yard.

Intracoastal Treasure - Time to Dock the Boat!

Nestled among 100+ year-old live oaks and cypress trees, Waccamaw Cottage is your oasis to relax in a little slice of paradise. Located on the peaceful backwaters of the Waccamaw River, just minutes from all of the excitement Murrells Inlet has to offer. Take a kayak out for a tour or kick back on the back deck. Just a short drive away from beach access via Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants.

Creekfront Studio

Creekfront Studio is tucked away on Pawleys Creek. Rental includes beach chairs, single kayaks, beach cruiser bikes, stand-up paddle boards, dock access, crabbing traps/equipment, and more. Located in the heart of Pawleys Island mainland across from the Pawleys Island Chapel, you'll be only minutes from the beach, many wonderful shops, golf courses, and amazing restaurants. Creekfront Studio is best suited for two guests. Perfect for a long weekend or couples retreat.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage! Built in 1941 and originally part of the Hammock Shops. A short walk to the Inter Coastal Waterway! Less than 3 miles to the beach!
