The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bath with the coolest barn door style shower door. Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.
