Self contained Annexe in Georgeham with breakfast

Comfortable, private annexe with separate entrance in the centre of peaceful Georgeham. Lobby area for DIY breakfast which we provide, En -suite shower room. Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Meadow View is a barn conversion situated on the outskirts of Georgeham with wonderful open valley views. Within easy walking distance you'll find 2 dog/child friendly pubs, both with a great atmosphere, a warm welcome and serving great food, plus a shop. Less than a mile to Croyde and you’ll find more eateries and of course the beach. Putsborough beach is about a mile away (car park pass provided) with Woolacombe & Saunton beaches a little further. More shops in nearby Braunton and Barnstaple.

The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close. Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
