This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! Your space is located in the downstairs area of our home (semi apartment without a kitchen). There is no kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave located in the space. Great neighbors. We are about a 10 minute ride away from French Quarter, City Park, Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest) and Lake Pontchartrain.
