Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Genoa

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

I can’t rave about this experience enough 🙌 Alessandro is an incredible host and also opened the only resultant in that village a few months ago. The dinner we enjoyed there was exquisite and even featured his home-grown saffron! The Airbnb was super clean and comfortable with incredible views over the church and mountains, and it was so cool to have a sauna in such a unique location! Would come back in heartbeat and one of the best places I’ve ever found on Airbnb 🏔️✨

Impeccable clean accommodation. Close to the metro, ideal for visiting the city. The host was extremely responsive and proactive when we needed her help. I would highly recommend staying at Katia's.

The accommodation at Angela's is in a beautiful area, from the window you have a panoramic view of the wine-growing area. In Angela's house you feel right at home. Angela and her husband are very warm and pleasant. Thank you very much!

It was very pleasant. The house is very clean and located in a beautiful little old town. Gabriella's daughter welcomed us in a friendly way. Everything was very straightforward. We used the house on the stopover for the further journey to the south...surely not for the last time!!

Giulia's apartment is simply outstanding! It's location at the top of the town in Manarola provides spectacular views of both the sea and vineyards. The apartment has obviously been recently renovated. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are very comfortable with all the modern amenities. The new windows can be fully opened which allowed a lovely breeze into the apartment. I would definitely recommend Giulia's apartment to anyone wishing to explore Cinque Terre. Giulia was great host was was very responsive to the queries I had in advance of arriving. When we return to Cinque Terre we will definitely book this apartment.

Eduardo and Simone's place is beautiful and peaceful, so much so we requested an extra day which they granted. The bed was very comfortable!

The roof terrace is absolutely great and the place is quiet and cozy. The appartment has "personality" - it is not a basic airbnb. Lot of stairs, but it is worth it!

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment! Being in the center, it is convenient to get around both on foot and by public transport. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described on the site, with everything you need: in addition to a set of towels we also found coffee pods and basic condiments. The host was very kind and always available and gave us very quick directions. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Genoa!

I have rarely booked such a beautiful place to stay on Airbnb. We fell in love right when we entered the apartment. We lacked nothing, from the kitchen amenities to the smart TV, everything was there, so you wanted to stay there. Elisa was very friendly and always very accessible. As a tip for parking, we would like to recommend the Marina Park parking garage. €15 per day and a maximum of 15 minutes' walk. Everything else that is closer should be avoided!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location. Just steps from coffee, aperitivo, restaurants etc 15 min walk to train station. Extremely detailed welcome book with tons of wonderful suggestions! Highly recommend staying here!

Maria Sofia’s 2-bedroom penthouse must have the best view in all of Bogliasco. We wanted to spend all our time looking out at that view day and night! It’s spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished, with everything you need. If you’re used to boxes of facial tissue or kitchen paper towels, & bottled water, there’s a Basko supermarket nearby. Furnishings are full of character—with vintage cameras, ships in bottles, even a vintage telescope! Plants, baskets, & cushions make the place homey. Lots of lovely restaurants & cafes within 10-15 minutes of walking, & so is the charming town center, with a piazza, church, stone bridge, wall art, green grocers, bakeries, & a gelateria with incredible gelato. My brother & I highly recommend Just Peruzzi, which has the most amazing & delicious Trofie pesto. Liguria is credited with inventing pesto, & at Peruzzi, you can really believe it! This was a wonderful vacation. Book early! This place is booked solid for the next 5 months!

We felt very comfortable immediately and the kitchen was also well equipped, although we preferred to eat in the beautiful restaurants just around the corner. But the best thing would be the two terraces, the view of the sea and the swimming area, simply indescribable. A glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunset, watching the ships and ending the day, wonderful. Next year we will definitely come back, we still have a lot to discover!

This is a great place in a very central location. It’s walkable to bus stops/the train station, dozens of fantastic restaurants, shopping, parks, and more. The apartment itself is spacious and well-stocked with all the essentials. Monica is a proactive, helpful host who provided clear instructions ahead of time to make checking in a breeze. We felt right at home here!

Such a fantastic welcome on arrival. A superb host and we loved staying here. The apartment is perfectly located for the old town with great food and drink options on your doorstep. Everything you could need for a short or long stay. Loved the comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. All just perfect really. Great to sit on the balcony and listen to the sounds of Genova. Will definitely re-book if we come back.

Monicas description was perfect and we found the flat well. It’s a cute place and we felt right at home. The location is also great, you’re right in the historical center with lots of cafes, restaurants etc. It can get a little loud at night from the people on the street but the provided ear plugs were perfect. We didn’t close the windows - which does help a fair bit - because we wanted to get a nice breeze in :) Monica was a great help, always quick to respond and had tips for the area. We travelled with public transport and the flat is well connected. Staircase might be a bit tricky if you have a lot of luggage, but we had no issues. Overall a great stay :) Thanks for everything!

Great place! Gaia was the warmest and most helpful host! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our 1 week stay at the apartment. She shared plenty of tips and local recommendations which were appreciated. Gaia welcomed us in person and showed us around the apartment as well as the local area. Very clean apartment! Central location allowed us to walk everywhere during our trip, was perfect for our short stay in Genoa. Lots of information and communication from the hosts too!

The apartment was well appointed and Maura was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is fantastic. Not so close to the coastal road, but also not too high. Didn't need a car all week. 2 euros for the bus to Genoa, or Sankt Margarita is also casual. I guess this won't be the last time with Carlo and Lucia. Very nice, thank you

Would highly recommend. Place is in a great location with beautiful buildings, delicious food and drinks, and anything you will need just walking distance. Valerio had so many maps and books to help us plan our days efficiently.
