The hosts were very responsive. The terrace was a nice feature with great views.

The apartment is really bright and spacious. It was a bit special for us that it was so loud on the balcony and on the terrace, but the location is great and the windows are really good and at night it was quiet. We will come back here when we are back in Genoa for work next year!

Amazing place in an amazing location - felt like home, easy to commute and go around the city! The only thing we noticed is a few pieces of previous tenants clothing laying around the house, but overall, an amazing experience!

I only booked one night because I had a work class on the same street as the property. Svetlana was very clear and available right away. The house was very welcoming and clean.

The place is wonderful! It has a view of the marina, quiet bedrooms, and spacious rooms! Paolo was extremely supportive during check-in. Even though we were an hour late past the final check-in time, he was available and helpful. We really liked everything!

The house is phenomenal, better than what's shown in the photos: it shows Giorgio's soul. The location is very good, in a very quiet village but with all the services, and very close to towns with more life, and exceptional to visit places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Serravalle,... The access frightens the first time, but right away you get, as it is wide enough and illuminated. Giorgio and his family welcomed us personally even though they left immediately for a trip. The house has absolutely everything: oil, vinegar, spices, coffee (my husband fell in love with his coffee maker), gels, washing machine soap... and all kinds of kitchenware. The pool is small, just as seen in the photos, but ideal for us. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, with air conditioning in each of them. We would definitely repeat!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with jacuzzi is a real gem, offering a beautiful view and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. Fabio's house is located on the top floor of an apartment building by the sea in Genoa, where you can see the most charming harbor scenery in Genoa, and the location is very convenient. The interior is very clean, tidy, and modern, but the best part is the huge balcony that surrounds the entire apartment, where you can sunbathe, eat, and barbecue. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the exterior is also well-maintained. In addition, Fabio is also a very good host, responding promptly, teaching us how to use some of the facilities in the house, and giving us some parking advice. It was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

Wow wow! What an excellent stay here in Rapallo. This was me and my fiance's very first time visiting Italy and Mirabela exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. From the beautiful condo which was very accessible, cute and clean, to her proative and helpful communication, she really made us feel at home. The condo is just a short walk away from the town center which made it super easy to get around. She also shared a lot of information about transportation options which was very helpful and made our trip out to Portofino seamless. We will definitely be back! Grazie Mirabela!

The nearby restaurant recommended by our host, always very responsive, like all her other recommendations, was perfect. We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

This apartment was perfect! It is placed in a great location, and all of the sites are within walking distance of the apartment. Alessandra was a great host and was very easy to contact, and very responsive. The apartment was in great condition and very cosy and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it highly to everyone!

Great stay as a family (6 people from three different generations). Apartment even bigger and nicer than the description on the site and the photos. Extremely well located between the train station from where trains depart to visit all the villages of the Cinque Terre and downtown Levanto which is also worth a visit, both within a 10-minute walk. We would have liked to have enjoyed the 2 beautiful terraces but the weather didn't allow us!

The property is a residence with all the comforts, the sea can be reached on foot from a rather challenging path, for convenience we have always used the car considering that in low season there is easy parking on the waterfront.

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Recco! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed – the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and still close to the sea and town. The garden is truly a little paradise – immaculately maintained with so much care and attention to detail. One of the highlights was definitely the pool: crystal clear, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The entire property radiates peace and quality, and it’s clear that a lot of love has gone into its upkeep and design. We felt completely at home from the very beginning and would love to come back!

a really great place to stay if you want to take a look at the site nearby with a few friends like for example. Pisa, Portofino, Genova, La Spezia or want to go to different beaches... down in the city there are really many nice and cheap restaurants you have a beautiful view of the sea/harbor during the day and evening. only to recommend
