Vacation rentals with a home theater in Genoa

What a pleasant stay in Nervi. The terrace was so relaxing with the gentle breeze we didn't even need the A/C (in June)...The host was thoughtful in how they decorated and provided for the needs of the guest. So pleasant to walk from Marina to the Nervi park with the wonderful rose garden, using the oceanside broad walk. The tunnel to access the walkway is right near the entrance of train station which is a 5 minute walk. So easy to hop on the train to Cinque Terre or to Genoa city proper. The apartment was in a great location walking by foot for 3 minutes to fruit/veggie market, grocery store, and bakery. Would definitely come back, if we had extra days we would just lounge on the terrace and watch the ships sail by. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

very quick response to all our messages, the apartment is set in a lovely little spot, just renovated, think we were the 3rd or 4th people to stay there, very well finished apartment, amazing views, only 9 mins in the car to the beach at. the cafe del mare restaurants, worth a trip to that beach if you can the water is Cristal clear, the stones very special and different. we will definitely return next time in Genoa ! thank you

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento di Angelo. Lui è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicinissimo alle vie del centro. È spazioso, curato e perfetto per una famiglia. Tutto è stato davvero impeccabile, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

The location of this place is fantastic. A short walk to the public beach and the promenade and close to several playgrounds, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with small children. The apartment has everything you need, and the hosts also included several thoughtful details (like complimentary wine and cookies and a little toy for the children). There was an issue with the internet, but the hosts did everything they could to resolve it, and communicated well. I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in April 2025. We loved the location in the walking area and the close proximity to restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach promenade. Angelo was a very responsive host and came to the apartment during our stay to help us Canadians understand the heating system. The seating area is upstairs in the loft - very cosy. We would recommend.

The flat of Guglielmo is a very good place to stay in Bogliasco respectively at the ligurian coast, and very closed to it. The flat is in the top floor on a hill so you will get a gorgeous view to the sea from the balcony. It is stunning. Bogliasco is a small fishing town, not very overrunned by tourists but very good connected to the public transport (train). So you have good connections to Genova and down the ligurian coast (towards Sestri Levante). Due to this closeness you hear the trains going by, but this is almost impossible to avoid in any village at the ligurian coast since the trains run along the coast. Finally. Guglielmos hospitality and kindness rounds it all up to a very good and highly recommendable place to stay. I never experienced such an checkin before where the host (Guglielmo) took us for a tour around the village. He was always very helpful and responsive. So all thumbs up for recommendation.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir waren absolut begeistert und die Wohung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen!! Die Gastgeber waren sehr schnell in der Kommunikation und alles lief reibungslos ab! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sonia war eine gute Gastgeberin, sie war hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In sowie Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr schön, besonders die 2(!) Balkone mit einem schönem Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Entfernung zum nächsten Bahnhof, zum Meer und damit zur nächsten größeren Stadt. An einem unserer Urlaubstage hat es leider unaufhörlich geregnet, da haben wir leider keine Beschäftigung in der Nähe gefunden. Jedoch kann man es sich auch an so einem Tag gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und eine der leckeren Pizzerien ausprobieren.

abbiamo alloggiato questo fine settimana ci siamo trovati benissimo..Armin molto disponibile,abbiamo avuto un problema ed è stato molto gentile nel venirci incontro cambiando le date del soggiorno senza farci problemi,alloggiocmolto spazioso molto pulito nel pieno centro di Savona,comodo a tutti i servizi anche come parcheggi tanti nelle vicinanze nn a pagamento.Armin disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa avevamo bisogno ci è venuto a prendere vicino a dove abbiamo parcheggiato xke nn trovavamo l'alloggio ti accompagna e ti fa vedere tt la casa w ri consegna le chiavi direttamente lui..alloggi super fornito anche x i bimbi con giochi da tavola e cartoni della disney play station con giochi..tutto super!!!!torneremo sicuramente appena possiamo!!!!Anche Savona molto bella da visitare!!!!

Séjour parfait ! Logement tout à fait fidèle à la description et aux photos : spacieux, aménagé avec goût et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits, nous étions 2 adultes. Nous repartons ravis de l'accueil que nous avons reçu de la part de Margherita et son mari. Ils se sont montrés charmants, très à l'écoute, disponibles et réactifs. Le gros plus de cette location est son parking, où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture en toute tranquillité. Nous avons circulé à pied et en bus. Il faut un peu marcher (10min pour atteindre le centre ville), avec des marches pour remonter, mais la vue et l'emplacement de la maison en valent vraiment la peine. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Margherita. Nous la remercions encore pour tous ses conseils avisés, sa gentillesse et son enthousiasme communicatif pour nous faire découvrir sa région

Le logement est impeccable, bien situé et facile d'accès. Des commerces sont a proximité. Elisa est très réactive et est toujours prête à fournir des conseils pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Un super logement pour un séjour à Gênes !

Superbe appartement, très propre, moderne et fonctionnel, de très bon goût avec en surprise de très belles peintures murales. Une vue très sympathique sur le port et les hauteurs de Gênes. C'est un appartement que nous recommandons et son hôte Alessandro est à l'écoute et réactif. Allez y !

I really enjoyed my brief 1 night stay with Alberto. The bed was very comfortable and the room both clean and stylish. Breakfast was very enjoyable too. Alberto couldn't do enough to make my stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was very pro-active recommending places in Genoa to eat, see and do. I look forward to going back and exploring more when I have more time! Thank you :)

Roberto è stato molto gentile, e subito intervenuto per risolvere un problema al riscaldamento. L appartamento è spazioso e ben tenuto ed in ottima posizione. Siamo stati molto bene
