Milva e Luciano sono molto. accoglienti ,disponibili, ma anche discreti. Lasciano molta indipendenza, ma se hai bisogno, ci sono. L'appartamento è molto carino, e ben fornito. Tutto il necessario per non arrivare con borsate di spesa, tipo acqua, sale, zucchero, olio, latte etc. è presente di default. Il posto è molto silenzioso e tranquillo, molto rilassante. Cogoleto raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti d'auto, e ricco di parcheggi gratuiti. Consigliato.

Très satisfaite de notre séjour, maison avec beaucoup de charme , cadre bucolique, décoration soignée, propreté irréprochable, nous avons apprécié la terrasse très agréable ! Ray est un hôte aux petits soins ! Disponible et accueillant. Je recommande à 100%

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

Soggiorno incredibile e consigliatissimo. La gentilezza di Giovanni che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige appena arrivate, ci ha consigliato un ristorante per la cena buonissimo, ha risposto sempre velocemente ad ogni richiesta. Ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di benvenuto con dolcetti e addirittura due caricabatterie per cellulare nelle stanze ( la mia amica lo aveva dimenticato ed è stato utilissimo). Ci tornerò sicuramente 😊

Wir haben 5 Tage im Haus von Simone verbracht. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus war alles da was man benötigt. Man kann von dort sehr viele Dinge unternehmen- die Lage ist prima. Vielen Dank für alles!

Petite maison au calme à seulement 10 minutes en vélo de la gare, point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres, et 30 min a pied du centre de Levanto. Barbara est très arrangeante sur les entrées et sorties du logement. Le logement était impeccablement propre et bien équipé, la literie est très confortable. Je recommande vivement.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser stilvollen und sehr sauberen Unterkunft. Man merkt, wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier drinsteckt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ausflüge zu machen, und trotzdem fühlt man sich direkt wie zu Hause. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung!

L'appartamento gode di posizione invidiabile, a pochi minuti a piedi da stazione ferroviaria, centro cittadino, spiaggia e molo d'imbarco per i battelli diretti a Cinque Terre, Portofino, San Fruttuoso. Sara era presente al nostro arrivo, ci è venuta incontro ed accolto calorosamente in casa. Molto gentilmente ci aveva offerto di venire a prenderci con la sua auto in stazione, ma dopo il lungo viaggio in treno abbiamo preferito percorrere il breve tragitto a piedi. L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso e molto luminoso, dispone di tutto il necessario per una famiglia di quattro persone con un cane, anche la cucina è funzionale e fornita di tutto l'occorrente. Il punto di forza dell'appartamento è il bellissimo giardino con panorama impareggiabile sull'incantevole golfo del Tigullio. Sara ci ha dato consigli utili, è stata sempre disponibile e rapida nelle comunicazioni, e molto flessibile concedendoci  "late Check-out" il giorno della partenza. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza.

Tutto bellissimo, il terrazzo è stupendo con vista incredibile sul golfo! L’appartamento è carino e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre. È necessario tenere le finestre sempre aperto perché l’interno della casa è molto umido essendo sul mare. Tutto perfetto! Torneremo! Giulia

the stay at Marco's house was magnificent. The house is inside a huge garden, very quiet and peaceful, full of laberi of lemons and oranges. The town center of Finalborgo is a 3min walk away, basically once you park your car you don't need to use it for the duration of your vacation. For me and my wife, who do mountain biking, the presence of a garage to put the bikes in made all the difference. Absolutely recommended for any biker, as well as the presence of the washing machine to wash bike clothing. see you soon Marco!!!

Perfect location in Finale! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the pedestrian zone—everything was within easy reach. Once we unloaded the car and parked it (free lot about 10 minutes away), we didn’t touch it all week. The apartment had a secure storage room for our mountain bikes, making it easy to ride to Finale Borgo in under 10 minutes. After a day on the trails, we’d stash the bikes, clean up, and head out for the evening. The grocery store was an 8–10 minute walk, and the kitchen was well-equipped for making daily breakfasts, trail lunches, and a few dinners. We especially loved the balcony with its sea view—coffee and breakfast out there became our morning routine. Alessandro’s apartment was an ideal base for our biking trip. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the bed was super comfortable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce! Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny i wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne do mieszkania. Jednym z atutów tego miejsca jest przepiękny widok na morze i miasteczko! Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Cinque Terre i okolicy.

Logement très bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre et accéder à plein de restaurants. Vu l’emplacement il faut s’attendre à du bruit la nuit en raison des bars tout près. Malgré tout le lit est confortable et le logement contient tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et se préparer des repas. Irene a été très réactive pour nous aider.

Très bon séjour, petit coin très charmant. Logement très bien équipé avec une très belle vue. Hôte très accueillante, flexible pour l’arrivée et aux petits soins. Je recommande sans problème et je n’hésiterais pas à revenir si l’occasion s’y présente !

Tutto perfetto! Panorama stupendo. Al nostro arrivo c’era solo la struttura un po’ calda essendo che c’era un caldo infernale, però l’abbiamo raffredata con aria condizionata rapidamente per un paio d’ore in modo che alla notte si potesse dormire bene. Per il resto tutto ok.
