Wonderful apartment, extremely clean and very central location.

L'alloggio è vicino Brignole e questo permette sia di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro, che tutte le zone limitrofe come Boccadasse, Nervi o Bogliasco. Gli spazi a disposizione sono molto ampi e comodi per una famiglia/gruppo di amici. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile, sia con i tempi di check-in/checkout e le comunicazioni sono state molto fluide. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarla nuovamente!

Nessuna difficoltà a fare il self check-in poichè Alessandra ci ha dato le istruzioni mandandoci anche le foto per eseguirlo. Lo avevamo scelto vedendo le foto sul sito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti da quanto tutto fosse esattamente come visto e descritto. Arredamento curato anche nei minimi dettagli, si vede quanto la host ci tenga, e attrezzato di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno ed estremamente pulito. Sapendo che arrivavamo prima dell’orario previsto a causa dello sciopero dei treni ci ha dato disponibilità subito al nostro arrivo dell’appartamento. In casa non manca nulla per la prima colazione ma addirittura ci ha fatto trovare della focaccia fresca e del vino e anche una sorpresa in frigorifero. Più volte al giorno ci contattava per sapere se andava tutto bene e se ci serviva qualcosa. Ci ha anche trovato dove poter depositare i bagagli. Lo consigliamo a chi voglia soggiornare a Genova nel centro storico, è facilissimo girare a piedi.Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 notti e 3 giorni e tutto è stato davvero perfetto. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto, pulito e molto accogliente. La zona è tranquilla, vicino al supermercato coop. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo molto apprezzato è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario, sempre presente per ogni necessità e davvero attento agli ospiti. Sapendo che saremmo arrivati in macchina di domenica, giorno in cui il parcheggio è solitamente pieno, ci ha riservato un posto auto. In particolare, ci ha fatto molto piacere sapere che, non avendo ospiti in arrivo subito dopo di noi, ci è stato offerto di poter restare qualche ora in più oltre l’orario di checkout senza alcun problema. Un gesto di grande cortesia e flessibilità che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Consigliamo assolutamente questo appartamento e speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità!

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation — Marina is truly a great host. She responded quickly to all our questions and also gave us tips about local attractions. The house is very well located, and the small village is also very pleasant and tidy. The accommodation is well-equipped, spacious enough, and comfortable. Cinque Terre is about a 25-minute drive away, but everything else is also easily accessible. It's worth trying the restaurants in the village — we weren’t disappointed in any of them and had dinner there several times. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

La casa è molto carina e con un comodo parcheggio per la macchina. È pulita e ben tenuta, munita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L'host, Maria Grazia, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una vera oasi di pace, con una vista bellissima sul verde e in questa stagione si sente il cinguettio degli uccellini. Molto consigliato!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist unschlagbar! Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Check-in war mit Zahlencode für den Zugang zum Schlüssel unkompliziert. Bei Anliegen konnte man sich an die Hausverwaltung wenden, wir empfehlen aber den Hausbesitzer Kurt zu kontaktieren der superschnell und sehr freundlich auf unsere Anliegen reagiert hat. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber traumhaft schön. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und beim Nachbarn, ein ehemaliges Restaurant kann man frische leckere hausgemachte Pasta kaufen. Kurt hat uns auch wertvolle Tipps gegeben, wo man in der Nähe gut essen kann oder einen Ausflug oder eine Weinprobe machen kann. Alle Betten beziehungsweise Matratzen im Haus waren super - was nicht Selbstverständlich ist bei Ferienhäusern. Das großzügige Haus hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großer Tafel, ideal für eine große Gruppe!

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

We had the most amazing time at the villa. Its more beautiful than the pictures and everything was great. You have all the things you need and Lea was always very helpful when we had questions. Just beware of the drive to the house, you have to be very careful with the car. Thank you we will for sure be coming back!!

Die Unterkunft besticht vor allem durch die wunderschöne Natur, in der sie gelegen ist, die Gastfreundschaft von Elena und ihrem Mann, die uns während des Aufenthalts betreut haben und die Authentizität der Gebäude. Die Ausstattung ist nicht besonders modern, die Betten und Möbel nicht wirklich gemütlich und es wird im Sommer tatsächlich sehr warm im Haus, was man nicht erwartet, weil die Wände und das gesamte Äußere den Eindruck erwecken, dass es bestimmt kühl sein wird. Der Fernseher ist so klein, dass man ihn zu acht nicht wirklich sinnvoll nutzen kann, es gibt keine Couch im Wohnzimmer und wenig Steckdosen. Diese Liste an kleinen „Mängeln“ ließe sich noch ein wenig fortsetzen. Darum geht es aber nicht. Wer hier pingelig ist, hat den Ort nicht verstanden. Er lebt von dem besonderen Flair, der Abgeschiedenheit und den Gastgeber:innen. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung wird die hausgemachte Pizza von Elena bleiben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft makellos! Vor Allem der Gartenbereich ist hervorragend. Der Aufenthalt hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht - gerne jederzeit wieder!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Giovanni & Sara’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it has so much space. We particularly loved the infinity pool with the view of the alps which was unexpected on a clear day. We also made great use of the table tennis and were so impressed with the barn! The views never failed to be stunning and we would highly recommend to anyone else. Good proximity to larger towns and cities also for day trips. Thank you Giovanni & Sara!

Appartamento grazioso immerso in un parco naturale, vicino al mare e comodo ai servizi. Disponibilità e gentilezza di Stefano e sua mamma, attenti e ospitali. Consigliato

Servizio check in e check out molto semplici e flessibili, per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. L’appartamento era pulito, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare per un paio di giorni. Divano letto leggermente meno confortevole ma si fa di necessità virtù.

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is super cozy, everything is brand new, and it’s incredibly quiet. The kitchen had great amenities like a Nespresso machine, and there was water and breakfast waiting for me. Claudia was extremely kind — I highly recommend this place! Antonio e Betti sono stati molto gentili e ospitali. La casa è comoda e pulitissima, fornita di biancheria e asciugamani molto belli. Comodo inoltre anche il garage a disposizione per l’auto poiché non è semplice trovare parcheggio. Utilissima anche l’aria condizionata! Insomma, siamo stati molto bene. Consiglio!

Hermoso departamento! Más lindo que en las fotos. La ropa de cama y las toallas de excelente calidad. Estaba muy limpio y confortable. Tenía todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía. Está a unos 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Cerca de todos los puntos turísticos. La zona del centro histórico no nos encantó, por ser centro histórico hay algunas calles feas , pero el departamento es muy lindo. La anfitriona fue súper amable.
