The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
