This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Quiet and clean air are guaranteed. Self check-in possible. Baby equipment, sheets & towels provided.

Opposite and at the foot of Puy de Dôme, with a breathtaking direct view of it, beautiful renovated 57 m² apartment. Within a 5-minute walk to a bakery, restaurants and souvenir shops. Less than 10 minutes from Vulcania, the Lemptegy Volcano, 3 minutes from the Panoramique des Dômes, 10 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, it is a perfect base for sightseeing and walks. On the first floor of a building whose facade will soon be redone, above an enameled lava workshop/shop (quiet).

Mon Bellus is a 4-star garden-level apartment, ideal for a family stay or a mini-stay for 1–4 people. Ideally located: 2 minutes from La Chataigneraie Hospital 5 min to Arténium 10 min from Clermont-Ferrand city center 10 minutes from the Circuit de Charade 10 minutes from the Zenith of Auvergne and a little further: Vulcania, Puy-de-Dôme. ... you will find shops in the immediate vicinity such as: pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, pizzeria, butcher, tobacco-press.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
