Nice house with a wooden chalet-style interior. Beautiful living space with reading area under the roofs, large living room with fireplace. Very bright location at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. The village of Manson is in the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be in the countryside and 15 minutes from the center of Clermont-Ferrand. Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. New house located just 15 minutes from Vulcania and close to the majestic Puy de Dôme. This rental house offers an ideal setting to discover the Auvergne Volcanoes Park.
