The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

Travel is the most beautiful way to discover new things + take time differently. Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for the little hunger. Worth seeing in the yard: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the ceramic studio YELLOW CUBE . The Kunsthof is located on the edge of Rostock Heide, inexpensive on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. Baltic Sea+ shopping is 5 km away. Bus stop almost outside of the door.

Apartment near the Baltic Sea

Our inexpensive apartment is located in a quiet place, not far away from numerous attractions and holiday destinations. By car you are in about 15 minutes on the beach, in 10 minutes at Karls Erdbeerhof and in about 25 minutes at the bird park in Marlow or at a kite and windsurf spot (hall). Gelbensande itself offers a beautiful forest cafe and a hunting lodge worth seeing. Please note that our bathroom is in need of renovation. Hence the reasonable price.

Lovely furnished room in quiet area

A nice, cozy room is waiting for you. There you will find bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The cover is oversized. I'll be happy to give out another pillow. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen, but appropriate dishes are available for small meals as well as kettle and toaster. There is another refrigerator and a hot plate in the hallway for you. You will also use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway.

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
