The vacation home is 700 m from the fine sandy beach in Graal-Müritz. Behind the house is the "Große Ribnitzer Moor" with walking paths to the sea. Next to the house there are houses with nice neighbors and a small hotel. In the house, there is a fiber optic connection of 100 Mbit/s. Right at the beach entrance there are three restaurants and close to the vacation home the "Kaffeestübchen Witt." From the S-Bahn station 2 km away, the train runs to Rostock. There are also shops such as Edeka/Penny/Aldi.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Fully equipped kitchen with access to the Teressa, which invites you to barbecue. A campfire is also possible. The bungalow is fully equipped with underfloor heating and there is a parking space, on the property, as well as another on the Baltic Sea.

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.
