The 96 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services (in each bedroom), heating, a washing machine, a design fireplace, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
