Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

On about 86 m2, including two bedrooms, there is plenty of space for four people, ideal for a family with children/baby. The beautiful nature, the diverse water sports and excursion destinations offer interesting and relaxing holidays - the perfect balance to everyday life!

Our holiday home is particularly characterized by its modern and comfortable furnishings and the direct location on Lake Geiseltal. It is only a few steps to Marina Mücheln. The spacious terrace with garden invites you to relax or play with the children. Directly on the large bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the lake as well as the Marina Mücheln.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious cottage is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
