Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The HOCHwasser vacation home is a special retreat with breathtaking 360° views over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or on the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue, and lounge furniture. Downstairs: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a suspended sleeping bunk. In the attic, there is a cozy lounge area with a large couch, TV, Bluetooth sound system, and a mirror ball – perfect for special evenings.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Welcome to our charming 3-room apartment (55 sqm). The well-equipped kitchenette with various kitchen utensils allows you to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Relax in front of the TV and take advantage of the huge living area, which can also be used as a sleeping area for 2 people. If necessary, an extra bed can be arranged. In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
