Stylish new house! 2nd floor private room for up to 5 people, 12 minutes from Nangoku Interchange, breakfast included at the on-site cafe

You can use the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku City, which is located next to Kochi City. It is a two-unit house, and you can go directly to the 2nd floor from the private door. 2LDK, 25 tsubo (80 square meters), spacious room with a focus on interior and lighting. There is a distance from the neighboring house, and the view of the fields spreads from the window, so you can spend a quiet and relaxing time. A Healing ceramic water purifier is installed at the water source. All the water that comes out of the faucet (including the bath) is delicious water that can be drunk as it passes through the water purifier. 15 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is a very convenient location, 12 minutes from the highway entrance, Nangoku Interchange, and 5 minutes from Nankoku South Interchange. It is not far from Kochi City, about 15 minutes. It is a great place to use as a base for sightseeing trips, with good access to both the east and west of Kochi Prefecture. Free parking available There is also a cafe on the premises that is open from 9: 30 am to 5: 00 pm, and you can use it anytime during business hours. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.
