You can use the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku City, which is located next to Kochi City. It is a two-unit house, and you can go directly to the 2nd floor from the private door. 2LDK, 25 tsubo (80 square meters), spacious room with a focus on interior and lighting. There is a distance from the neighboring house, and the view of the fields spreads from the window, so you can spend a quiet and relaxing time. A Healing ceramic water purifier is installed at the water source. All the water that comes out of the faucet (including the bath) is delicious water that can be drunk as it passes through the water purifier. 15 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is a very convenient location, 12 minutes from the highway entrance, Nangoku Interchange, and 5 minutes from Nankoku South Interchange. It is not far from Kochi City, about 15 minutes. It is a great place to use as a base for sightseeing trips, with good access to both the east and west of Kochi Prefecture. Free parking available There is also a cafe on the premises that is open from 9: 30 am to 5: 00 pm, and you can use it anytime during business hours. It is an old-fashioned house with a magnificent main pillar, earthen walls, and built-in storage, but the first floor is completely covered with cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.

There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.
