The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Nice clean apartment in a very good location, just 2 streets down from the cathedral and main town sqaure. Only the bedroom has A/C but it worked very well and quickly.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

Beautiful, clean, modern and very well-equipped apartment. 100% recommended. I would definitely stay again. I loved the view of the Santo Domingo skyline. The apartment is practical and has everything you need to be comfortable. Mrs Dariana was nice and responsive with me during my stay.

Host was great. Apartment is located close to everything, stripmall, attractions, and resturants. I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed at this tiny place for a quick getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for a night or two. Despite its size, it had everything I needed, clean towels, a comfortable bed, a functional kitchenette, and even some thoughtful touches that made the stay feel easy and convenient. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Excellent. The apartment was very nice and centrally located. Both on foot and by car, you could easily get anywhere. Albania is an excellent and kind host, and always responded quickly. A very good service. Thank you for everything Albania and maybe see you next time.
