Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is excellent for the value. It has a cool concept: You live in an outdoor loft. If you're hot, you rinse in the pool and feel fresh again. The bedroom has air conditioning. I love the private entrance. Also, it has a private pool. I will go back again.

Fixie Loft is a beautiful and well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being surrounded by the rich history la Zona Colonial. The host was super friendly, quick to respond to any questions or needs, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was a sweet bonus — especially with how hot it was! 100% recommend, and we’re definitely coming back!

It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. Loved it and highly recommend Place is very nice and close to zona colonial. You have 2 rooms available as well as dining room and kitchen. There is couple corner stores where you can buy basics and a restaurant where you can have good lunch.
