A beautiful cottage, which is even better than the photos show. Everything you need, clean, a lovely outdoor space and comfy beds. Children’s toys, gorgeous bath and welcome wine/crisps were an added bonus. Sue was very welcoming and no problems at check in etc. We will be returning! Thank you.

Lovely clean cottage. Walking distance to some good restaurants. Nice comfy and quiet nights sleep. Great communication and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Simply, WOW !! What a find. This is a beautiful property on 11 acres of stunning woodland and open fields with a friendly array of wildlife and animals that we got to know, especially Betsy and Bramble, (we were really gutted we didn’t get to see the arrival of the new addition to the donkey family, good luck betsy we cant wait to see the photos of the new born) , Mrs White and her ducklings as well as all the other ducklings that had been born in the few days run up to our stay . The lake house is beautifully set out to a very high standard, immaculately clean and its location overlooking the lake is perfect…. We were met by hilary the owner who showed us around the grounds where we were free to roam during our stay and introduced us to all . We was able to use the pedalo and kayak on the lake as well as relaxing in the under covered fire pit area watching the stars We cant recommend the lake house enough and will definitely be back .

Perfect! Exactly what we wanted, the cottage was pristine and equipped to a high standard with everything you need. Although dogs are welcome you would never know that a dog had been anywhere near. The location is secluded and peaceful with great views with horse stables next door and horses in the field. Swallows nesting in the stables constantly flying around. The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs to wander freely safely. Joanna is a great friendly host responsive and only too happy to help. Would highly recommend!
