The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

The cottage is located on a private plot, private parking and lawn with a nice covered terrace. The host lives on the property next door. NOTE: Pets are not allowed! Access to the storage shed. Right next to the northern ski area of ​​Järvsöbacken, 50 meters to the newly opened 6- chip lift (walk-out / ski-in), 200m to Skicenter North 50m to the lakefront beach and dock (across the road) and with the northern MTB-trails literally around the corner, lies this charming log cabin with space for up to 12 people. A Viking Wellness home! Accommodation closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
