Balconies in several weather, balcony and porch facing the water. Simple standard with well-preserved turn-of-the-century charm. Beautiful nature, coastal trail, forest and bike paths. Golf courses and grocery store about 8 km. Bus to/from cetrum just outside the door.

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Go for a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, simpler rowing boat and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Relax in this unique and quiet seaview home. A modern Attefall house with wonderful sea view only 30 meters from the water in Björköfjärden. Perfect for the couple or small family. Feel free to start the day with a morning swim from the stone pier 60 meters from the cabin or from the beach about 300 further away and then sit on the terrace and enjoy freshly brewed coffee and the amazing view.
