40 m2 hus med mysigt sovloft som nås genom stege samt bäddsoffa 140 cm. Byggt 2019 och ligger i nära anslutning till familjens hus. I huset finns också en härlig massagestol som kan nyttjas obegränsat. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kyl och frys. Finns behov av tvättmaskin kan det ordnas i huvudhuset. Sängen är bäddad och handdukar/badlakan och morgonrockar finns för er. Nespressomaskin med kapslar och te ingår i priset Tv och wifi finns Elbil kan laddas hos oss till självkostnadspris.
Unikt nyrenoverat gårdshus i Gamla Gävle
Nu äntligen hyr vi ut vårt ny renoverade (klart 2022) unika gårdshus om 1 rum och kök fördelat på 2 våningar. På markplan är allrum/kök, pentry med 2 plattor, micro,kaffebryggare samt kyl med frysfack. Matbord med plats för 4a. Badrummet gårdshuset pärla, toalett, handfat med stor förvarings bänk samt dusch med duschväggar av glas. En trappa upp finns sovrummet, 160 säng, en liten soffa och fåtölj samt vridbar smarttv. Gårdshuset ligger i gamla Gävle, mitt i centrum med närhet till allt.
Stuga vid Testeboån
Stugan ligger precis vid Testeboån, ca 2 meter från verandan. Det är möjligt att både bada och fiska, eller sitta i solnedgången och titta ut på vattnet. Stugan är fullt utrustad med allt som man behöver för en vistelse. Wifi, Tv och parkering ingår. Det är möjligt att låna tvättmaskin, ladda elbil eller hyra bastun, mot en mindre summa. Vill man besöka Gävle finns det cykelbanor, eller så tar man bussen, från busshållplatsen som finns inom 200 m. Under sommaren har vi försäljning av grönsaker.

Rymlig, hemtrevlig lägenhet, cirka 80 kvm, med egen ingång och en mysig liten uteplats med möjlighet till grillning. Lägenheten har eget kök och badrum och ligger avskilt i sutterängdelen av min egen villa i Gamla Gefle. Området är en lugn oas med kullerstensgator, men bara ett stenkast bort från restauranger, nöjen, mataffärer och museum. Det är tio minuters promenad både till tågstationen och till den vackra, natursköna Boulognerskogen där det bland annat finns badplats, minigolf, utegym.

Laddning för elbil finns till överenskommet pris. Huset har egen ingång med portkod och är en utbyggnad av huvudbyggnaden där ägaren bor. Välkomna!

From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.

Newly built fresh cottage close to the city center - all to yourselves! Tucked in our garden with free on-site parking, it’s just a short walk to the city center, university, parks, and shops. Though central, it’s peaceful and perfect for relaxing after exploring or working. You'll have full privacy, but we’re nearby if you need anything. Bedding, towels, basic toiletaries and a fully equipped kitchen are included for a comfortable and convenient stay.
