The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museums. It is a ten-minute walk to both the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

The kitchen and living room have an open plan that forms a nice gathering place between skiing, bike tours, day trips, fishing and so on. There is a balcony with a view of the mountain and a nice sauna as well as a washing machine. In addition, there are baby/child amenities, toys, board games, TV with streaming services and books to read.
