In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. Accommodation closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. The ice is about 30 cm thick at the beginning of March. Equipment for pimpling is available to borrow, as well as 2-4 kickboards. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Relax in your own cottage in a fantastic location right by the hill. Prinshöjden 6 has a loft, a ridge roof and a fireplace. The cottage is one of the area's largest, with a free, high location and with good privacy. There are two verandas and seating areas for all directions for maximum sun exposure. Kitchen, living room, family room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and private sauna. No smoking indoors and no animals are allowed.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

Walking distance to a wide range of restaurants & shops, as the apartment is centrally located in a quiet area close to Villa Stan in Söder. Only 10 minutes walk to the sea and swimming. 5 minutes to the scenic walking route Boulognen with water and beautiful green areas with vegetation.

Brors Stuga

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Watch the sun rise from the sea directly from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to the forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski trails in winter. 45 minutes to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken in summer. The house was rebuilt in 2022 and is in good condition. The view is magical.
