Cozy cottage with proximity to the sea in Finnharsfjärden, 35 minutes from Gävle. The main building of about 50 sqm2 has one bedroom with four beds as well as shower and toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher that was newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice lawns and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and bunk bed with a wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. Welcome to 800 sqm paradise on the water. Boat is included in the price, there is also the opportunity to put in your own boat. Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation, hear the song of the seagulls and the chuckling sound of the fourth. Have a coffee on the dock or throw a few throws before breakfast. We have been on the bridge a number of times. Here you can enjoy the solitude when you live alone on this cozy island. The cottages are built in the early 1900s without machines and there are typical Swedish summer cottages.

Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Easily accessible cottage on the road connected island, Eskön, on the east coast of Sweden. The cottage has been completely remodelled in the last years and includes all amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A small beach and marina is just 100m from the lot and a summer open kiosk with basic groceries is just 50m away. Great strolling paths by the ocean easily accessible through a short walk from the lot. To downtown Gävle is a 20 min drive.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.
