Welcome to this calm, newly built eco-friendly accommodation in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The accommodation consists of two cottages: a fully equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one lacks running water💦) Note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

The garden is fully fenced - ideal if you’re bringing a four-legged friend along for the adventure. 🐶

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område i naturen. Det är byggt på femtiotalet, men sedan dess renoverat och delvist moderniserat. För de som uppskattar enkla förhållanden i autentisk miljö, är huset en plats med ro. Fyra enkelsängar finns, två i huset, och två i gäststugan. Observera att WC (torrtoalett) och dusch med varmvatten, ligger i gäststugan. Det är ett ställe väl anpassat till att vara i kontakt med naturen, utöva motion, vila och finna ro.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.
