Monthly Rentals in Gateway

David’s place was a little out of the way to get to everything. But it worked for us as his place gave us everything we needed for our stay. The house next door was a little sketch but we had no issues with any of the neighbors! It’s a very nice home. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Very dog friendly! He even has a board for the dog to climb out of the pool. Nice fenced in back yard with a doggie door that my dog enjoyed using! ❤️

I stayed with my wife for 3 months while we searched for a home to buy in the area. We were very comfortable in her home. The home had everything we needed and was located in a beautiful gated community. The community is close to a supermarket, restaurants and everything you need. I dealt with Shelley's realtor for the few questions I had and she was very responsive and returned my texts within minutes. Overall a great place to stay!

This was one of the best stays ever. Such a beautiful home with everything you need. The club house was an extra perk. This allowed us the privacy of Rajeev’s house with private pool & the club house that gives you a resort feeling. We are already planning another visit. Sally & Carm - Toronto

Gene was just incredible from before I rented through the month I stayed. He went out of his way to work with my situation—planned rental was canceled and I was scrambling. Their home is just perfectly appointed for a long term stay, for business or vacation. They have everything laid out in such a meticulous way that it made my stay extremely enjoyable. The Paseo community itself is also amazing! Salt water lagoon and lap pools, gym, tiki bar, movie theater! You could really just never leave the community! Thank you so much for an incredible stay Gene & I hope I can stay with you again next year!
