Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

The cottage has a newly built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can barbecue while sailboats pass by. Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Rural with horses in the knot. 300 m from the roslagsleden. 5 km swim in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Charming A-frame house with the sea and the horizon as the nearest neighbor – Perfect for relaxing and nature lovers. Walk down to the marina with a jetty or jump right in from the rocks by the house. Roslagsleden – One of Sweden's most beautiful hiking trails goes just past the house. Sauna available. Note - pool out of service this summer. Major upgrade with new drainage for this year - unfortunately, right now, there is a lack of lawn in some places

The cottage is 2 km from Hallstavik center. 200 meters from the bus stop with good bus connections to both Norrtälje and Stockholm and Älmsta. Cleaning is done by the tenants. Please bring bed linen and towels Cleaning and bed linens can be purchased at extra cost.
