Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Our farm is located in Kirchdorf in Tyrol, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Kaiser Mountains in a quiet location. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive. In summer there are numerous beautiful hikes for families or experienced hikers in the surrounding mountain landscape. Bus stop nearyby.
