Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Two bedrooms, an office and a bathroom on the first floor. One ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. The house provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital and Oxford Brooks University. It has been decorated to host quiet, considerate and respectful guests. Long term stays are available. Party or event are strictly forbidden.

Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

The "Old Snooker Hall" is located in the lovely village of Tetsworth, approx 10 minute drive from the market town of Thame and 25 minutes from Oxford city centre. It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included.
