Vacation rentals with a balcony in Gallura

We were very well hosted by Marina Elena, a host who was always responsive and attentive. The accommodation is super well located everything is within walking distance. The condition of the apartment is impeccable with all the necessities at your disposal. Thank you so much we had a great vacation!

It was a nice discovery, very comfortable accommodation within walking distance you can reach beaches, shops and restaurants. We found everything super clean When we arrived on the table, we were waiting for a basket of fruit much appreciated by our children and an excellent bottle of wine In the apartment there are various appliances (coffee machine with supply of pods, microwave, kettle, toaster, and phone ) and also a beach kit that made our stay comfortable Marina and her husband are two very kind people and always very attentive to the care and cleanliness of the environment outside the apartment Beautiful experience, we will be back soon 🥰

Isola Rossa is a small pleasant seaside resort with all the expected facilities (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, ...). The proposed apartment is of good size, well organized, includes all the necessary amenities, and quiet despite a very central position (at least in September). Marina Elena is perfect in her explanations, and very proactive and responsive. And then, she is also very welcoming with kind touches (fruit and wine ).

A relaxing vacation! Strategic location in the center of the village (all amenities are in the area) and very close to the beach. The accommodation is located inside a small residence, perfectly responsive to photos and equipped with every comfort. Highlight attention to detail, cleanliness, and attention to the customer. Marina Elena and her husband are delicious, helpful, and kind people. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay at Maria Elena's, The accommodation was 2 steps from the sea and the beaches, quiet but close to everything on foot! Very clean and with special touches upon arrival. Finally, the instructions to access it were very clear and the autonomy really a plus especially when you arrive later than expected.

Stayed with a group of friends and we had a lovely time. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need. A/C in all of the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and very helpful and responsive hosts. Would recommend! Great value for money

The house is in a fantastic location and offers the best view on the large terrace over the bay of St. Gulia. It is well equipped, it has everything it needs for cooking. Almost more than at our place ;) Everything was as described. The nearest big supermarket is about 15 minutes. The fridge is large, you can stock up on a few days. The way to the beach can be reached with an 8-year-old child under 10 minutes. However, we didn't like the beach so much. Here, according to our taste, there is too much Remmidemmi with motorbikes, jet ski, large beach restaurants, loungers and umbrellas. But this is a matter of taste and does not detract from the house itself. We drove every day to one of the many other bays in the area and hopped again in the chic infinity pool at the house to cool off. Completely successful week! Thank you!

The location, view and the accommodation itself is really great. The beach is a quick walk with several good restaurants. A Vival is across the street and several grocery stores within 10 minutes drive. Faced a few problems, likely because my experience is more American and most Europeans are already aware of these. We had to pay 46 euros for crappy (poor quality) bedsheets and towels (we had brought our own beach towels). This wasn't mentioned anywhere, they should add it to the description. Several basic amenities like soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towel (or kitchen cloth) etc. were missing. Needed to make a couple of grocery store runs to get things in place. The total cost was likely not even 50 euros, if I knew beforehand, would have rather paid it as part of the total cost than have to manage it. These were just minor glitches, the location, view, beauty, sound of the waves, easy access to the beach etc are worth it.

Great house very comfortable for a stay with family. The surrounding nature is very beautiful and the proximity to the beach is a great asset.

The place was very nice. We spent two weeks there with our kids. Of course, the proximity of the beach was great. 200 meters reachable by a small road. The area on Capo Testa is a dream, great for hiking with beautiful coves. However, you have to keep in mind that the road to the property is quite narrow, only accessible by a very small car. The garbage disposal unfortunately does not work well on Capo Testa, our garbage was often not picked up and we had to take it to Santa Teresa to the garbage dump. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.

Absolutely well run, clean complex in a top location to the beach. The transport connection for activities in the hinterland is also really good! Our apartment was well equipped and comfortably furnished (especially for other Mediterranean large facilities).
