Casa Liakada is situated right in the heart of Gaios but in a quite neighbourhood with no central roads around. The traditional path from the house to the town takes only few meters to bring you to the vivid centre. The house enjoys views to the main port and it is about 100 m from the first beach. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
