Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Giasemi house is set behind the museum in Gaios, just few steps up the sea side road, at a distance of 100m from the Central Square, and 150m from the first pebble beach called “Giannas”. Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Villa Alba has been recently renovated. It combines traditional stone construction with small modern touches. It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
