Giasemi house is set behind the museum in Gaios, just few steps up the sea side road, at a distance of 100m from the Central Square, and 150m from the first pebble beach called “Giannas”. Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. There is also an out sitting area with bbq ,surrounded by jasmines, gardenias, and other beautiful flowers.

There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-story stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on a hilltop in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the local Archon. It is the first fully independent building in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.
