Cada apartamento tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños, salón/cocina. La casa se encuentra a pocos pasos del mar. El jardín está en fase de finalización y se terminará en pocas semanas. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. El jardín se comparte con el resto de la villa, en total hay tres apartamentos.
